Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Should you not be for any reason, please follow the instructions on your receipt and return the item to us within 60 days of purchase for your choice of a refund or exchange. All masks sales are final. For hygienic reasons, masks cannot be returned or exchanged. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you do not have your packing slip, please call for return instructions. If there is damage to a package upon delivery, call customer service immediately for instructions. Items that are personalized, produced to your specifications, or special ordered are not returnable. Items shipped directly from our artisans may be subject to a restocking charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests may be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be approved as applicable and/or a Customer Relations representative will call you to discuss. You may also request a cancellation over the phone by calling us at 1-855-612-3432 during normal business hours. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund check to be issued or 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card. Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.
