All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork (such as instruction booklets, certificates and accessories) to ensure a full credit or exchange.
If you do not have your packing slip, please call for return instructions. If there is damage to a package upon delivery, call customer service immediately for instructions. Items that are personalized, produced to your specifications, or special ordered are not returnable. Items shipped directly from our artisans may be subject to a restocking charge.
