In her Garment District loft, Elizabeth models the design for this plum scarf. She then sends her design to her master artisan partners in India, who bring it to life. A canvas of cross-woven lightweight taffeta is delicately hand-fringed into this Victorian-inspired, ruffled scarf. 100% polyester. Hand wash cold, dry flat. Approx. 44'' x 8''.

Today, eighteen years later, the sights and sounds of New York City inspire her colorful creations.
