I got the shirt after almost six weeks of hearing nothing from Uno Alla Volta. (July 12 to Aug. 20th) I had no idea it was on backorder until after three week or more I called to ask about it, because unlike a lot of other companies I order from, they charged my card the very minute I ordered it instead of waiting to charge it at shipping, and I wouldn't say that Customer Service was exactly friendly and understanding. I love the stuff I've ordered in the past, but I'm done after this experience. I feel fortunate to have received the shirt and I do like it but don't want to sit and wait wondering if I'll see my money or the product.

I love the tunic but I am still very frustrated by how long it took to receive it, especially after seeing it paid for on my credit card so quickly!!!!!!!
