Questions About Face Masks?
The face masks we sell are non-medical masks and are for personal use only, not for medical/clinical settings. They are not certified by the FDA nor the CDC, and we make no claims of infection prevention. All sales final. For hygienic reasons, masks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why Is My Order Being Charged Sales Tax?
Uno Alla Volta is required by law to charge sales tax on purchases shipped to select states. Uno Alla Volta currently charges sales tax on purchases shipped to addresses in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. Shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly or changed after the order is placed may require sales tax adjustments.
A note regarding AL sales tax: Uno Alla Volta will collect the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Our program account number is SSU-R011476191.
