While the glass itself is beautiful, I am so disappointed with the service NOT received. I had mistakenly ordered the glass to ship to my address. Within a half an hour I realized my mistake and contacted the company on their contact customer service page to correct the ship to address and did not get a response. Did it again in the morning and again no response. I called later that afternoon to explain and they told me the order had been processed and they weren't sure it they could change it. Kept checking every day to see if it had shipped. FINALLY 5 days later it shipped to the original address. I worked in customer service for over 25 years and it was such a simple thing to have corrected - especially having 5 days to do it! Had to reship myself and eat the cost. Totally unacceptable.
We have sent several various holiday and seasonally themed wine glasses as gifts...They are exquisite!
Great Halloween wine glasses! Wish the Christmas selection was a little better this year.
