Our artisans in a seaside village in Nova Scotia begin each whimsical piece as a sketch which is then sculpted in clay. The sculpture is used to make a mold from which each item is cast in lead-free pewter, before being finished and polished entirely by hand.
Good quality product for graduates, especially with the inscription inside.

It was very cute as a graduation gift
It was very cute as a graduation gift, but much smaller than I expected. I wanted to put cash in it but had to resort to a check very folded up.
