The mug was darling! Unfortunately, it broke in the package before it was delivered to my front door. The company did refund this purchase.
Out of nine items ordered from Uno Alla Volta. Two items arrived. One was broken. The other was fine. After 45 days and multiple calls to the company, I was refunded for the other items. I do not expect to order from Uno Alla Volta again.
I do want to say that two customer service representatives her helpful and kind on the phone. I cannot say the same for the other representatives. I do not understand why my other items were never sent, but finally I was reimbursed. I have never had this experience with any other online catalog. I post this sincere message as a warning for the next customer who may want to order special gifts for special people. Think twice at this time. Perhaps they have improved their customer service. I will not know.
