From her New York City studio, Jill creates the unique artwork for this lightweight cotton poplin blouse by hand-painting using bright watercolor dyes. This beautiful bouquet is screenprinted within the stripes and finished with hot-pressed rhinestones on top for some extra shine and sparkle. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist. Iron on the reverse side with low heat setting. Available in: S 4-6, M 6-8, L 8-10, XL 10-12, XXL 12-14.
