In his Castello studio, just a short walk from Venice's famed St. Mark's Square, Giulio continues the lampwork tradition of his grandmother as he handcrafts each of these square frosted glass earrings, infusing the beads with shimmering gold foil. Giulio makes each bead by hand one at a time over a small flame. Dimensions - Approximately 0.5 inches square, clips. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta from the heart and hands of the artisan.

One of the very first artisans to join the Uno Alla Volta family back at our inception in 2002, Giulio keeps the lampworking traditions of Venice alive. He was taught these ancient artisanal skills by his nonna, or grandmother, and sometimes creates pieces with beads she handcrafted decades ago, celebrating her life and legacy in all he does.

It is difficult to find clip on earrings in todays market. I like the color and the size and I'm pleased with the earrings and the service.

I Love the Size!!

I purchased these frosted square venetian clip earrings in white, some months ago. I loved the size, and comfort on my ears. They are not heavy weight for the ear lobe, and you can dress up or down with them. I am now going to have to give away so many other "back dated jewelry", I've collected during my working years to others; I'm sure they'll enjoy them. The human connection of "giving" and "sharing" can be done in so many different ways, through God's Spirit....and Uno Alla Volta.
