I already sent you my feelings. I was less than satisfied. I ordered my item gift wrapped. It arrived the day of my delivering the gift. I received the package, drive to the recipient's function and presented the box
Upon it's opening it was not wrapped. Although the product was excellent and impressive, the presentation was tacky. Review you're training and protocols because this small error destroyed the presentation.

I'm very happy with these glasses
I'm very happy with these glasses....everything arrived carefully packed with no damage. My only comment is that the "bowl' of the glass was a bit smaller than I expected from the online photos........

These goblets are beautiful. The swirls of gold and silver made the perfect pairing
