Artisans Arek and Ewa of Brzeg, Poland create this whimsical snowman luminary, shaped of native clay. Carved sponges and fine brushwork are used to add motifs and hand-painted details including a candy cane cottage, snowflakes, red mittens, a striped scarf, holding a Christmas tree. Star cut outs allow this snowman to glow when illuminated. Traditional or battery operated tealights are recommended. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the heart and hands of artisans. Approx. 5.5'' x 4''.

Meet The Artisan - Arek & Ewa

Ewa grew up in Boleslawiec, Poland – a city that is famous throughout the world for its stunning hand-painted pottery. For two years, she developed her painting and design skills as a painter in a local pottery shop; However, it wasn't long until she met her husband, Arek, and moved to the city of Brzeg. In 2004, they founded their own Polish Pottery company. Since then, their company has only continued to grow, and Ewa’s signature designs have gained them a worldwide following.
