In her Garment District loft, Elizabeth of NYC crafts the design for this whimsical tunic after being inspired by an original watercolor painting. She then sends her design off to her master artisans in India, who transfer this pastel paisley pattern in purple, pink and yellow onto a canvas of polyester chiffon. One size fits most. Hand wash cold, dry flat. Approx. 33'' x 36.5''.
