In a multi-step process, our Italian leather craftsmen start with a base of fine red Florentine leather to handcraft each lipstick case. To create the marbling effect on the interior, the leather is first dipped into a bath of colorful pigments, then stitched against red leather to form the three-dimensional shape. The bright colors swirl together to form a one-of-a-kind pattern on the inside, making each case as unique as a fingerprint. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the hearts and hands of the artisans. Dimensions - 3.5 inches by 1.25 inches. Fits a standard size, cylindrical lipstick tube.

Italian lipstick case

The product is beautiful, but I wish someone would start making lipstick cases a little larger to hold different sized lipsticks. My lipstick is not round, it is more square, but I push it in and make it work.

Doesn't fit all lipsticks

I was very excited to find this, since I needed something small to replace a little pouch I carry my lipsticks and a mirror in now but that takes up too much space in my purse. Unfortunately, this is designed to only fit very specific, traditional sizes and shapes of lipstick. There is no extra room to hold something slightly longer, square (like my favorite is), or a gloss wand. If you have a traditional round 3.5" lipstick tube, it is great because of the included mirror. But otherwise it won't work.
