My experience with shopping with this company was poor. Out of 9 items that I ordered, one was broken when it arrived. One was in excellent shape. Seven other items never arrived. After 45 days and multiple calls placed by me to customer service, the company refunded the money that I paid for the order. I do need to add that two sutomer service representatives were kind and helpful. Several other customer service representatives seemed as if they could care less. I cannot explain the reason for the problem(s), but I do not plan to use this company again. I hope they will take me off their mailing lists.
