I have been holding off for months in buying these beautiful wine glasses since I first saw them in the catalog. We are not wine drinkers ourselves, but I was so drawn to these that I just needed to have them. I told myself that we would bring them out for only special occasions, for our guests. But, I kept telling myself it would be silly to keep them hidden in a closet and only used every now and then. They are beautiful and so very delicate, I'm almost scared to hold them for fear that they will break. So, when I found out that our daughter's in-laws were having a big anniversary in September , both are true wine lovers and the wife's family are Italian, I bought these for them. Not only will they love these gorgeous glasses for the lovely color and workmanship and use them a lot, but they were made in Italy as well. Thank you for helping me get two terrific people a wonderful anniversary present . I'm certain John & Gloria will get many years of enjoyment with these glasses.
