Our Connecticut artisan brings together his three loves; history, woodworking and optics to create spectacular kaleidoscopes. This World War I style biplane is created from zebra wood, walnut, ebony, and holly wood, which he seamlessly joins together using the finest marquetry tools. This kaleidoscope is unique because it creates complex images from the natural views of your world beyond the lens, rather than from chips of color within it. Each plane measures 7 inches by 7 inches, stand included. Handcrafted for Uno Alla Volta from the heart and hands of the artisan.
