Our milliner Carole designs show-stopping hats in her New York Hudson River Valley studio. To create each ''Tamara'' purple floppy hat, the base is formed on a heated mold, trimmed, and hemmed, before being cooled. It is then affixed with an elegant Dupioni silk band and bow. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the heart and hands of the artisan. Dimensions- Approximately 22 inch inner circumference.
