In her rural, sub-tropical Florida workshop, Nichole creates each miniature plaque in the ''old fashioned'' way by using only American-made materials. She hand-shapes clay into a square, hand-paints it with floral designs, and then transfers a message of friendship onto it before hand-tying a satin ribbon through it for hanging. Each ceramic wall plaque is kiln fired 3 times up to 2000 degrees F. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the heart and hands of the artisan.
