Artisan Charles of Florida, inspired by the ocean he views from his workshop, designs this cuff with a blue and white cabochon disk to mimic shimmering fish scales. It is handcrafted from porcelain, set in a metal alloy and is attached to a slender cuff of the same material. Designed in Florida, made in Mexico. Patterns may vary slightly. Adjustable to fit most, with a 0.75'' medallion.
