On the isle of Murano, our artisan Lorena uses the centuries-old tradition of lampworking to recreate the opulence of a pearl in these ''fabulous fakes.'' Each dreamy blue Murano glass ''pearl'' in this necklace is lampworked over a small flame, one at a time, and then hand-strung into three opulent strands, complete with sparkling crystal accents. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the heart and hands of the artisan. Dimensions- 22.75 inches long, 4 inch drop, large lobster clasp.

On Venice’s famed isle of Murano, glassworking traditions have been passed down through families, generation after generation. Lorena learned the art of lampworking from her grandmother, as the torch was, quite literally, passed down to her. Today, her business remains a family affair as Lorena’s sons, her sister, and even her mother work right by her side.
