On a small island outside of Seattle, local artisans use lithographs of famous poster art from Le Chat Noir to handcraft this des chats decoupage double switch plate. Multiples of the master collage are produced and applied by hand using the time-honored decoupage processes of acrylic layers and varnish. Mounting screws not included. 5.25'' sq.
