In the heart of Germany's Ore Mountains, a family workshop with over 90 years of experience handcrafts each nutcracker from start to finish. Each piece spends countless hours in the hands of the artisans as they infuse it with their unmatched love of detail. First, master carvers hand-cut the necessary components from their native linden wood and then piece them together to create the nutcracker form. Next, the wooden form is handed off to the shop's team of highly skilled painters, where it is adorned with hand-painted details. Finally, each nutcracker is affixed with festive accents to truly bring it to life with the spirit of Santa Claus. For decoration only.
