Here Are The Facts:

If you are concerned that your package may be carrying COVID-19, we hope it relieves you to know that most of our product has been at our location for months prior to the outbreak.

In regard to products on backorder, please know that all incoming packages are being thoroughly disinfected and handled according to strict practices outlined by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention).

Additionally, both the CDC and WHO (World Health Organization) have stated that you are more likely to contract COVID-19 from an infected person rather than from a surface, so the chance of contracting the virus from a package is very low. In the case that you are still fearful of coming into contact with the virus by handling a package or item, you may disinfect any ceramic, wood, or other hard surfaces with an alcohol-based disinfecting solution or wipe that is at least 70% alcohol.

When cleaning apparel, follow the washing and drying instructions listed on the garment’s tag. Lastly, we assure you that not only the Uno Alla Volta warehouse staff, but all USPS and FedEx workers are following the strict best practices outlined by the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
