Our artisans in a seaside village in Nova Scotia begin each whimsical piece as a sketch which is then sculpted in clay. The sculpture is used to make a mold from which each item is cast in lead-free pewter, before being finished and polished entirely by hand.
Bought this for our son who was recently elected to his local council. He was very pleased with it and it went immediately on his desk. Since his father is 100% Italian, it had even more meaning to him. Great gift item but know that it is quite a small size.

"Everything Is Possible" pewter plaque
As a loyal customer of Uno Alla Volta I was not disappointed with this latest purchase. My nephew and his fiance are getting married - both are in their 40's - so I thought this was very appropriate for their wedding gift. Since it has the message in English on one side and Italian on the other, it is perfect since the bride-to-be is of Italian heritage.

Perfect gift!
This little plaque was perfect for my husband. He works from home and we are moving to Italy and he says this phase all the time! Came packaged well however it did take time to get here. This was the fault of federal express thought as it sat in one city for three days.
