Tussar silk, valued for its natural golden color and wonderful sheen, comes from silk worms which inhabit indigenous trees in the wild, rather than being farmed on mulberry bushes. Our master weavers in India intertwine luxurious strands of 100% tussar, and their fellow artisans finish each by block printing a leopard design using natural, plant-based dyes.
