It is truly nice to have handmade personal artifacts that are beautiful. So much of the world today is simply mass produced stuff with little care as to who made it, how or where it was made and its history, if any. Your catalogue is so refreshing and everyone that I have spoken with on the telephone has been friendly, helpful and courteous.

I found the pewter great and think that the handpainted dishware etc from Poland is a very excellent value for the money. Keep up the good effort...I always look forward to getting UAV and seeing what is new that you have discovered. I hope that your success grows.
