After hand painting silk charmeuse in her California studio, she dries it for 24 hours before steam setting the luminous colors. She then collaborates with a seamstress who embellishes the jacket lapels, cuffs and back with panels of the hand painted silk, creating a truly one-of-a-kind work of wearable art.
