Each is handcrafted according to time-honored traditions in Thiers, France's cutlery capital since the Middle Ages, with blades of Sandvik 12C27 high-carbon stainless steel. This guilochage Laguiole pocket knife, features incredible guilochage (hand-file work) down the spine and even around the underside.
