When ordering by phone you will always speak directly with us. It is very important to us that you always speak directly to one of our customer service specialists, one who knows the products not by a script, but by training and handling the products first hand. We believe the rich detail of these artisan-designed collections demands this level of expertise in order to best serve your needs. Though this means we can't use a 24-hour answering service, we hope you'll agree it's a valuable tradeoff.

Delivery
In-stock items: Ships from our Connecticut warehouse within 24 hours to arrive to your door generally within 3-7 business days. We ship using a variety of carriers, and take special measures to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound to you or your gift recipient.
Rush delivery: If you need an item sooner, we offer a number of rush delivery options depending on the size and weight of your items. Please speak to a customer service specialist to determine the best method for your specific needs.
If the item you want is not in stock: we make every attempt to have products ready to ship for immediate delivery, but we cannot always anticipate top sellers. As each piece in Uno Alla Volta® is finished one at a time, by skilled artisans, the length of time it will take varies for each item. If the item you order is a gift and is not in stock, with your approval, we will immediately send you or the recipient a very special gift-packaged card, along with a color picture and description of the item.
If you would like to keep track of a gift sent directly to your recipient: please provide us with your email address, and we will notify you when your gift ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. To return an item, please follow the instructions on your packing slip to return it within 60 days for your choice of a refund or exchange. Refunds are made for full merchandise value only. Shipping & handling and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. If you do not have your packing slip, please call for a return authorization number. We cannot process your return without either a completed return form or a return authorization number. If your package is damaged in shipping, please call for a replacement and we will give you further instructions at that time. Items that are personalized, produced to your specification, or special ordered are not returnable. Items shipped directly from our artisans may be subject to a restocking charge. Giving A Special Gift
Nothing makes a presentation like a gift wrapped in our signature gift packaging. To have an item gift wrapped, check the gift wrap box in your shopping cart. Then at checkout let us know the message you'd like to include and we will send it on one of our elegant handwritten gift cards.
Gift Certificates
Uno Alla Volta gift certificates arrive in our elegant gift packaging, along with a handwritten card with your personal message. Gift certificates can be purchased for any whole dollar amount. To order a gift certificate, click on the link below and enter the dollar amount as the quantity.
