In a small workshop outside Milan, Italy, the De Carlini family has been creating heirloom glass ornaments since 1947. Few glass blowers have the talent and dexterity to form the shapes of these whimsical creatures before the fiery glass cools. The glass artisans are joined by other artists who carefully hand paint the bodies and adorable faces, adding glitter, feathers and other accents to bring these characters to life before packing each in a presentation gift box.
