PRODUCT STORY
Aventurine glass became popular in the 18th century when Venetian glass workers, preparing molten glass, accidentally dropped copper filings into the batch. This produced an entirely new style of glass infused with sparkles. Today, artisans on Venice's famed isle of Murano still use this technique to handcraft this bold Venetian aventurine bolero necklace. 17" long with 6" drop. Gold-plated clasp.
