Our Idaho silk artist uses white silk as her canvas to create this loose-fitting sumi-brushed blue shrug. Stretching the silk taut on a frame, she hand-paints each piece with Sumi brushes, using high-quality French dyes. While the dye is still wet, she applies a special salt, which causes the colors to blend together in a masterpiece of jewel tones. One size comfortably fits most women who wear sizes S to XL.
